Order & Production

Stock 2–3 days. Standard custom 7 days. New mold/complex 10–12 days.
XIII What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
Regular 30–35 days after sample and deposit. Repeat 25–28 days. Rush by agreement.
XIV Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sample and shipping fees credit to first bulk order. Long-term clients may get free samples.
Quality Control
XV How do you ensure consistent product quality?
Incoming inspection, in-process checks, final AQL sampling. Full batch traceability.
XVI Do products come with quality guarantees?
Manufacturing defects replaced or refunded. Report within 30 days. Corrective actions provided.
